Oak Leaf Festival's Chili Cook Off
Sunday, September 1st, 2024 - 6pm-8pm

You are invited to participate in this year’s annual Oak Leaf Chili Cook-Off to be held Sunday, September 1, 2024.   The entry fee is $25.   A table is provided for each entry.

You must supply your own heat source. No generators will be allowed.

• It is the responsibility of each entrant to comply with the Fayette County Health Department (304-574-1617) by having a food handlers card. 

• Please arrive between 5:00 – 5:30 p.m. to sign in and set up your chili.  NO early arrivals please.  You will need to bring your own small tasting bowls or cups (we recommend the 2 oz. serving size) and plastic spoons for your chili. 

• You may bring other items to sell from your table.

Cash prizes will be awarded for the best tasting chili in each category:

1st Place                       $500

2nd Place                      $300

3rd Place                      $200

Crowd Favorite          $100

Mayor’s Choice          Trophy

All entries must be received no later than Friday, August 30.2024.   Please fill out the form below, address and mail it with the $25 entry fee to Oak Leaf Festival Chili Cook-Off, P. O.
